Order processing

Orders ship within [1–3 business days] after you place them. Custom and pre-order items ship on the dates listed on the product page. You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping within the United States

Orders under $200: $7.50 flat rate
Orders of $200 or more: free shipping

Shipping to Canada and international

We ship to Canada and to [confirm the list of countries, or "most countries" if accurate]. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You'll see the exact price, and an estimated delivery window, before you pay.

We ship international orders with DHL Express and USPS (First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International). You choose the option at checkout.

Duties and taxes on international orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes, and fees by your country's customs office. These charges aren't included in your order total. You're responsible for paying them, usually to the carrier when your package arrives. We don't control or know these amounts in advance, so please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Tracking and delivery

You'll get shipping updates by email, including when your order is out for delivery and when it's delivered. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Wrong address or missing package

Double-check your address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered and you can't find your package, or if you need to fix an address, contact us at [support email] as soon as you can.
