Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Shipping rates for Canada are calculated at checkout. Canadian orders may be charged import duties and taxes by customs when the package arrives.

Do you ship internationally?

How much is shipping?

Within the US, shipping is $7.50 on orders under $200 and free on orders of $200 or more. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes on an international order?

Possibly. Import duties and taxes are set by your country, aren't included in your order total, and are paid by you when the package arrives.

How long will my order take?

How do I track my order?

How do I sign in to my account?

How do I get access to the wholesale store?

Chapter owners and other wholesale partners can apply on the wholesale page. We review each application, then add your account to the wholesale program. Once you're approved, sign in with the email you registered with to see wholesale prices. [Client to confirm approval time and contact.]
